Hey coyotes, Last week we had our 24-25 back to school night where we had seen amazing performances from our programs here at Buena Park such as Dance Company, Varsity Cheer, Band & Color-guard. We also visited many of our school elective programs and classes.
A couple of our personal favorites were Auto Tech, Robotics, Video Production as well as AFJROTC. we learned many new things in there while sitting in and listening to what the teachers had to say about their classes, So lets tell you a couple of thing we heard about Video Production!
So let’s start off with what Video Production is. Video Production is an ROP course where student learn all about editing and the general art of filming. Students create short films, documentaries, and movies. This course also gives students a chance to talk and explore their interests by creating videos such as podcasts, vlogs, etc.
A few things Mr. Vaziritabar does to keep students engaged in his class are aligning assignments with their interests and passions. He says that “By tailoring projects to what excites them, I can capture their attention from the start, ensuring they remain invested throughout the process.”
With that being said, Video Production very much excites us, and we’re very excited to join the elective next year and hope that you guys are just as interested in joining!
