Volleyball is a team sport played between two teams of six players, separated by a net, where players attempt to score points by landing the ball on the opponent’s court. It involves using hands to hit the ball over the net, with each team allowed three touches before returning the ball. Each team has a maximum of three contacts per side to return the ball over the net, and a point is scored when the ball lands on the opponent’s court or when an error is made.
