CHRISTMAS TIME COYOTES! It is finally December and you know what that means. It’s time for Christmas! We asked a bunch of coyotes around campus about how they feel this time of year and how they will show their appreciation to friends and family.
The first person we interviewed was Joshua Gaizon. He wanted his girlfriend to be the only thing on his Christmas list and wanted to gift her a Christmas tree. He really felt the Christmas spirit compared to last year.
The second person we interviewed was Joshua Rodriguez. He would like many art supplies for Christmas and would gift people drawings of their favorite characters or media. He feels the Christmas spirit this year.
We also interviewed some coyote staff. Alonso is a supervisor in the campus and he shared some insight into his Christmas wishes. He wants to spend time with his family. Family is the most important gift to him and he wants to spend more time with everyone in his family. He would give his family love as his gift because that’s all he’s had and they are theo only people to have his back. He feels the Christmas spirit even though he recently lost a family member. He keeps going and finding ways to enjoy life with his family.
Back to students, Valeria Cortez is next up. She wants Uggs for Christmas and she would gift friends and family sweaters. She feels the Christmas spirit but not as much as when she was younger.
We next interviewed Joseph Williams. To him, this Christmas he just wants to spend time with his family and bond closer with them. He would share his compassion with friends as his gift. He absolutely feels the Christmas spirit this year.
Ulysses Medrano was next to be interviewed. His Christmas list has soccer jerseys and money. He would gift his family and friends money. He feels the Christmas spirit this year.
Albert De La O is next to be interviewed. He wants a guitar for Christmas and would gift friends and family food gift cards like Applebee’s or Chili’s. He feels the Christmas spirit this year.
The last person to be interviewed was Ethan Morales. He wants a Macbook for Christmas and would gift his friends fast food gift cards like Chick-fil-A or In n Out. He kind of feels thee Christmas spirit, not as much as before when he was younger, but he still enjoys Christmas.
We hope every coyote enjoys their Christmas break and enjoys Christmas and New Year’s even more! Everyone on campus deserves a nice break from all the hard work they’ve put in. We all hope you enjoy your break!
