Frosh Football’s Smashing Win Against Pacifica!

Buena Park Frosh Football is one of the best Frosh teams around, after watching them we noticed how disciplined this team really is, they are respectful and they have great sportsmanship and coaches. We also watched a few of their practices and we could tell they work hard everyday and want to win. Some teams don’t have chemistry but in this team you can tell they are all like family. 

On Friday October 18th 2024 our Buena park Frosh football team went against Pacifica highschool, the score wasn’t close whatsoever and Buena park never took their foot off the pedal, after hearing the head coach Coach Mo, he talked to the team and said “don’t ever take your foot off the pedal when you are beating a team we worked too hard to lay off on them” Coach Mo is a very hardworking coach and has a lot of trust and dedication for this team. What really caught our eye was that there is a girl on their team that is aggressive and really good, we asked about her and her teammates say they call her by her last name which is ‘Brolin

The best highlights of the game was when #23 on Buena Park hs came in clutch with an amazing tackle on                                                                                           

On #23 on Pacifica hs to stop a wide open touch down. The Buena park coyotes line has tough defense after the Running back got 2 yards #55 and # 54 both tackled #2 on pacifica hs they don’t give up no points and it shows. Not only does this team have really good defense they also are good on offense. Number 6 got a hand off from the quarterback and got a solid 20 yards before getting tackled. After the 1st down the quarterback throws the ball to #1 to score a touchdown, Punter makes the kick and there are now 7 more points added to the board. #4 catches the ball from a kickoff return and runs down all the way to the end zone to give us another coyote touchdown. This team is unstoppable, the final score was 48-0.

We are all looking forward to their next game and to see what big things they will do next. Our Coyotes are now coming to the end with a record of 5-0 and 3-0 in league. They are first place in their league and finally have their last game of their season this week against Portola Thursday October 24th 2024 to win the league title.
