Today was another amazing game of boys water polo on September 12, 2024. It was a home game, and started at 4:00 against Schurr High School. The game started off great with Buena Park scoring at 4:05. At 4:10, BP was able to make another point. The game started off really strong with both BP and Schurr scoring back to back. BP came in strong at today’s game by really pushing themselves, and showing that whenever the Schurr scored, so could they. Before a break, they stopped at 3-5 at 4:22; making BP the 3. When they resumed #2 on BP scored. However, shortly after so did the opposing team. BP and Schurr kept scoring back to back, Bp scored at 4:34 then Schurr scored at 4:34 then Bp scored again. Not long after, Schurr scored again at 4:37, making this an intense game. #9 on bp scored with an amazing goal at 4:40, making the score become 7-8. With the first round the game ended with #7 at bp and #10 on Schurr.
When the game resumed at 5:00 BP made a point at 5:05. Then #5 made another. This round bp started off really strong and clearly showing their eagerness to win. Schurr’s #9 made their first point at 5:09. BP showed incredible improvement and continued to play strongly.
BP’s number #10 scored and #9 at 5:15. That makes the points go to 7-3. 3 and then scored. Not long after #5 scored twice at 5:28 and 5:30. #11 scored at 5:35 making the score 12-4. BP really showed their all this round and continued to show great motivation.
In the end, Buena Park did an amazing job at this game ending with 12-4. Bp really showed their all this game and We’d hope to win future ones. Waterpolo will have another game on the 17th against Valencia. We know our team will give it their all and great determination.
